I called Oracle Support and they faxed me a copy of a document which lists step-by-step guide to doing this. The quality of the type isn't that brilliant, but if you like e-mail your fax and I'll send it to you.Or you can try and ask Oracle for a copy of this document, though I called Oracle UK, so maybe Oracle US doesn't have it. Anyway, let me know what if you want a copy.
