gang,
rewrite your front end in forms 4.5. this sounds pretty blunt and ugly, but when you consider all the new gui functionality available - no program can effectively take you from 3.0 to 4.5. about the best you'll end up with is a 3.0 form in a window frame (and maybe a default toolbar). here's to all those who think they have good conversion programs :-p and please don't opt for cheap, offshore work. if you're a u.s. company, keep the work in the u.s.
