ROS ERROR: -200 (Forms 4.5)

From time to time I get this error in Forms 4.5, when I want to save the module. There's no problem with the file permissions and I had only changes in forms (but don't ask me what kind of changes). The result is that I can't save my module and must revert to the last saved version.
Any ideas?
