Does anyone have a document outlining the comparison of Pros and Cons to both PowerBuilder 5.0 and Delphi 2.0 that includes problems users have experienced as well? All I have seen has been documents written by Borland employees. Are there any un-biased comparisons out there?

Also, does anyone have any comparison articles between JYACC's JAM 7.0 and these two products?
