Dimitry,

This occurs because the listener wasn't shutdown properly the last time (system crash ??).

In the /var/tmp directory, there is a directory called 'o'. Delete the files from that directory and the listener should start properly.

Remark : This is true for O7.1.x. I've heard that the directory is renamed in later versions. It's supposed to be a hidden directory now (.oracle ??). I can't verify that.
