Problem creating a tablespace using Personal Oracle7 trial

Hi all... I'd like to know if anybody can help me out with this problem...

Here is exactly what I get when trying to create a tablespace using Personal Oracle7 (trial version)...

SQL> create tablespace proda datafile 'c:\orawin\plus31\proda.ora'; create tablespace proda datafile 'c:\orawin\plus31\proda.ora' *
ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01119: error in creating database file 'c:\orawin\plus31\proda.ora'
ORA-09200: sfccf: error creating file
OSD-01002: unable to open file (OS 2)

I'm running on Windows For Workgroups v3.11 I have 16MB RAM and 511 MB free disk space (of a total of 1.2 GB)

Any relevant help would be appreciated...
