Help with ORACLE ODBC Drivers

I am trying to use Oracle ODBC driver to access stored procedures and get values returned from those procedures. From reading the documentation, it appears that Oracles ODBC drivers are only level 1 compliant and to get the out parameters requires level 2 support.

Does anyone know if this is correct, and if so what work around is there? Are there other ODBC drivers available? I am using version 1.11.0.2
