Do you have any digits that are repeated - i.e. 99345? If so, punch the 9's in slowly - that was my problem several years ago - the system couldn't recognize two repeated digits when they were punched in in rapid succession. I talked to many people there who didn't know that that was a problem with their system; spent many calls trying to get that straigtened out. Anyway ...

30 minutes? You have to be patient. Business is booming at Oracle and now that you're sucked in to their software, you will need to lower your expectations a bit. You may want to think about buying some of their stock.

I too think that their telephone system should have more flair and be more entertaining given the potential long waits that we must endure. How about an interactive database quiz with correct answers bumping you up in the wait que?
