while you may not get the true pros and cons, there is a wealth of information up at the Microsoft FTP site in the MSLFILES\SOFTLIB location (I think).

if you have the opportunity you should get all of the files that look like TE*******.exe, these are documents from the Access Tech Education series, some of the 1994 articles/presentations are repeated in 1995, it seems with some slight variations and maybe different presentators.

a couple of titles (I apologize that I do not have the FTP file names for these articles right now...guess I should write them on the covers of what I have printed out) that might help though are:
