Hi Im trying to add a datafile to my user tablesoace in PO7 and im getting the error below can anyone xplain
Connected.
SQLDBA> alter tablespace user_data add datafile
'C:\ORAWIN95\DATABASE\usr2orcl.o
ra';
ORA-01119: error in creating database file
'C:\ORAWIN95\DATABASE\usr2orcl.ora'
ORA-09200: sfccf: error creating file
OSD-04002: unable to open file (OS 2)

I looked up the errors and I dont believe im violating any of the
causative conditions plus I found out that the user data comes already
loaded with a whole lot of objects owned by SYSTEM
