Sounds like you don't have patch level 27 or above installed. run showrev -p at the command line, you should see something like:

> showrev -p

I have patch level 32 installed. Make sure you have 27 or above. Search for "sun solaris patch" on http://altavista.digital.com to find a sun download site for this.
