How to grant select on view to public

Hi,

I have user1 owns table t1, user2 owns table t2. User1 grants select on t1 to public and user2 grants select on t2 to public.

User3 create a view v1 that joint user1.t1 and user2.t2. I get a error when user3 grant select on v1 to public.

Is there a way to have public see the view v1 that was created by user3?
