SQL Loader and EBCDIC formatted Cobol Files

I have been assigned the task of taking a set of cobol files that came from an IBM and load them with SQL Loader. The file contains multiple records formats based on a compressed record type field and contains other compredded data.

Any pointers on how to get this data out would be appreciated.

BTW I do have the structures of the Cobol records
