Open Ascii File and read data to create SQL
We now use Oracle 7.2, VB4 and Delphi 2.0. I need to open a Ascii File. Read the data in it and create Sql statements from that data. The SQL statements will be use to pull information from the Oracle tables. I need help on where to start.
