help! using OCI with gcc

Is anyone out there using gcc to compile OCI apps?

I am using Oracle 7.2.3 on Solaris 2.5 and want to use OCI with gcc version 2.7.2.

When I build the cdemo1 program with the supplied makefile and run it, it dumps core with a bus error, implying that I'm probably linking in the wrong library or crt*.o module somewhere.

If you are doing something similar, could you sent me an example of what would go in the Makefile to complie and link an OCI app with gcc?
