I've been working with Dev/2000 Rel 1.3 for the past week. It does indeed work with 7.1.xxx. But there are a few things you need to watch out for.  This version is a 32 bit port of the 16 bit Windows Rel 1.2. It comes in 2 versions, NT and Win95. I've been working with the NT version. There is nothing new or improved. In fact a few things are worse. Wait until you get a load of the PL/SQL editor. But the big news is that it locks up when starting the layout (canvas) editor. And if you've been using VBX's  Sorry, their no longer supported. There is limited (very limited) support for OCX's. There is no option in Forms to register an OCX and there is zero documentation about how to use it. The carefully worded release notes says you're on your own. For us who have been anxiously awaiting this release, we are very disapointed. It is unusable. We put it back in the box and are back to Rel 1.2.
