Wrong, search path still needs to include Orawwin95 so that SQL*Net
dlls can be located, they are dynamically loaded and unloaded by the
OCI layer, (which the ODBC driver will use), and it does not use the
registry for anything.
You do not need to include the path for the ODBC drivers, because that
WILL be picked up out of the registry.
