Tracy:
On Oracle Corp's RTSS Bulletin Board are several PL/SQL routines for
reverse engineering DDL for various database objects, tables, indexes
,triggers, procedures etc. You might find these useful. 
If you're looking for routines that do indexes, views, and tables
these can be done in straight SQL. Very useful when going against
an old V6 database. Yes, there are one or two still out there.
