That won't do it. Well, at least not in the just released Developer/2000 1.3
for Win95/NT. Even with REPORTS25_TMP set, the stupid thing still puts temp
files in the current directory when mailing reports. It must put some temp
files there, though, 'cause if it's not set at all, only the administrator can
even run Reports.
