Ditto.

Oracle support gave me a solution tho'.

You create a new form. Then drag your blocks to the new form, this drags _nearly_ everything you need. You have to drag any extra stuff at form level across, and rename the form and stuff. The new form, you will be able to save. Then delete the old one, and rename the new one.

Its file corruption (grrrr)
