Upgrade from 7.1 to 7.2.2 on Netware

Has anybody had experience in upgading Oracle from 7.1 to 7.2.2 on Netware 3.12. We upgraded our server this week. Several weird thing happened: first of all, the search to some tables are slow now; another problem is archive logging erorr. Any ideas?
