owa processes hanging on OSF1

We've been using the Oracle Web Agent (1.0.1.0.0) with Netscape Commerce 
Server 1.12 on Digital OSF1 machines.  We have had persistent problems with 
the owa CGI processes not always dying, usually (it seems) when transfers are 
aborted by the client.  I'm actually not sure whether the problem is more with 
Netscape or Oracle (I have reasons to suspect both!), but mainly I'd like to 
find out whether anyone's had similar experiences.
