        I'm really confused with so many possiblities of linking the Oracle DB with the WWW. The possibilities are using Oraperl, Oraywww, DBI, Pro*C, perl, JDBC, dbcgi, Oracle WebServer....?

        As I'm an undergrad, those commercial solutions are totally out. Therefore, I'd like to know which solution is the best.
