Personal Oracle Database creation

Hi,
I am running Personal Oracle7 - Version 7.1.4.1.0C
( The one that comes as a 90 day trial CD). I have this installed on Windows 3.11.
I used the oracle7 database and it works fine. I wanted to create another database(or7tat) . I changed the init.ora to reflect the foll changes
control_files = (%RDBMS71_CONTROL%\ctl1.ora,%RDBMS71_ARCHIVE%\ctl1.ora)
db_block_buffers = 400
db_name = or7tat
Changed the oracle.ini to reflect the foll. changes
LOCAL =2:
SQLNET DBNAME oracle7=2:
SQLNET DBNAME or7tat= t:pc03:or7tat
where pc03 is the name of my machine and or7tat was the database created using sqldba
It just doesnt work.
I would very much appreciate help.
