Are you sure you have v1.1, Designer/2000 V1.2 (and Dev/2000) absolutly will not run on Win95. There are known problems with MS DLLs

My understanding is theat the DLLs work fine, just Oracle and MS disagreed and what they were supposed to do. It's fixed in 1.3 I believe Received on Wed May 15 1996 - 00:00:00 CEST
