How to defragment a ORACLE database

Hello,

How is the best way to defragment a ORACLE database? Is the method of full database export and full database import thw way to do it? If so, do one need to remove the tablespaces after exporting the database and before importing it? Summarizing, can anybody point me to a safe and efficient way to defragment a database?
