Problem connecting Forms4.0 to PO7Win95Beta

I have just installed the beta version of Personal Oracle for Windows 95.
The installer does not recognize the *.prd files on my CD-ROM containing
Forms4.0 for Win3.1
After installing Forms with the Win3.1 installer I am unable to connect to
my running database. Error says no3121 driver not installed.
Connect string 2: does not work.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
