I just called Oracle support today, and they said the 32-bit version of Dev 2000 Rel 1.3 is expected late May/early June. The 16-bit version of Dev 2000 Rel 1.3 is expected late June.

FYI, they also said Dev 2000 Rel 2.0 is tentatively expected in December 1996 (but who the heck really gets anything done during the holiday season?)
