Key Components of Oracle-Verifone Payment System: 1) Merchants - Oracle WebServer will integrate Verifone Virtual Point-of-Sale terminal

   software
2) Consumers - Verifone's payment window (electronic wallet) will be built into

   Oracle PowerBrowser, and will include multiple payment options and an easy-to-use

   GUI
3) Financial Institutions - the payment system will provide an internet gateway for

   accepting payment transactions and performing real-time payment authorization, and

   will provide seamless integration with an institution's existing payment    authorization infrastructure.
