If you have installed SQL*Net for TCP/IP and Oracle ODBC on your PC, you can very easily use Access export function to export your tables and data to ORACLE database. But it seems that you do not have those stuff. If that is the case, you export you data in Access to a delimited ASCII file and then use Oracle's SQL*Loader utility to load the data into Oracle. Of course, you have to use FTP to copy your exported file from PC to HP.
