SQL Loader

I am having problems loading a date time constant into a table using loader:

have tried various things
field CONSTANT "TO_DATE(010519960125,'DDMMYYYYHHII')"

but this does not seem to work, the manual does not seem to indicate why.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
