32-bit drivers for Oracle Workgroup/2000

I have the Oracle Workgroup/2000 "90-day trial products v4.1" CD and am trying to install a 32-bit driver with no luck. I have installed the client software on my machine -

		Oracle7 ODBC Driver 1.11.0.2
                      	Required Support Files 7.1.4.0.4A
		Required Support Files 7.0.16.4.4F
		SQL*Net TCP/IP 1.1.9.0A

When I go to configure the ODBC driver, I can see the "Visigenic 32-bit Oracle driver" entry in the list of installed ODBC drivers, but when I choose to ADD this, I get the error "Failed to load file vsorac32.dll". I looked in my c:\windows\system directory and this file is there.

Can anybody help?
