trigger for replication

Hi all,

I would like to ask how to write the trigger to do synchronous replication in Oracle. I don't know the program logic of such trigger, like any parameters need to passed into the PL/SQL block of the trigger and how to pass the parameters into the block. As I think the trigger is not associated with the application program, but the master table, how can I tell which rows in the replicated copies to updated, or deleted?
