Your best bet will probably be Oracle Education. Other credible offerings exist -- Clarity (Seattle) had a good reputation prior to their acquisition by ARIS (no idea how that's changed them), and frankly most others don't impress me at all.

If you can get the Oracle DBA class taught by Monty Orme, you're really in luck. He's excellent.
