***Billing System Administrator (Req Number CDBO-104)

Responsible for daily operation and control of Billing System processes. BA/BS degree required in Computer Science or related area. 1-3 years experience in the field of billing operations. Familiarity with billing systems. Telecommunications experience, mobile telecommunications preferred. Skills required: Oracle Systems Administration, programming, Data browser tools, TCP/IP, HP systems (HPUX), Inter-process Communications.

***Customer Care Systems Administrator (Req. No. CDBO-107)

Responsible for daily support and operations of the Customer Care System. Maintain Customer Care System environment, perform problem resolution, and interface with Customer Care organization. BA/BS degree required in Computer Science or related area. 1-3 years experience in the field of Customer Care System operations. Oracle database experience. Familiarity with customer care and call center support systems. Telecommunications experience, mobile telecommunications preferred.

***Oracle System Administrator (Req. No. CDBO-112)

Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of one or more Oracle 7 databases to support the PBMS data resources defined on evolving business requirements. B.S. degree in a related technical discipline. Demonstrated experience in Oracle 7 database systems administration required. Oracle Reports, Data Browser, plus a working knowledge of UNIX and TCP/IP protocols. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server applications, Oracle Forms, Microsoft Access and/or Visual Basic is preferred. 3 years of proven experience working with Oracle DB systems and applications development is strongly desired. Team-oriented work capabilities, plus good oral and written communication skills are a necessity.

Day-to-day administration of an Oracle V.7 database and support of Oracle Financial Applications in HP/UX client/server environment. Degree in computer science, business admin or related field requried. Experience in database design, implementation and administration required. Experience in Oracle V.7 database, SQL*Forms, SQL*Plus and Oracle Reports strongly preferred. Experience in client/server, UNIX, HP servers and TCP/IP highly desired.
