Oracle and win95

We are using Win95 on our client and Oracle 7.1 on our server.
We are also using Openlink Lite32 and ORA72.dll. We manage to
make the connection between the client and server with SQL*Plus3.2.
But when we close the connection, one of the threads remains hanging.
And the thread can't be killed afterwards.
Has anybody encountered this problem??
