I have one development database. Somehow we do not need this database anymore. So I shutdown the instance, and deleted all three type of the files-- data files, redo log files and control files including the parameter file. Now I want to start a new instance using a different name. It complains ORA-07252: spcre: semget error, could not allocate semaphores, SVR4 Error: 28: No space left on device. It looks like not release a segment. Any help will be appreciated.
