Current project in process is required to migrate from Sybase to Oracle. Attempting to determine what it will take and to plan conversion. Anyone have any info/suggestions/pointers/methods/etc. Current project team has no Oracle experience and Oracle box has not been installed yet. Can we just use data pipeline to move the data?
In addition, we are currently using the Sybase Open Client/C Developers kit to access the DB via TCP/IP over netware. Can anyone identify a similar product for use when we move to Oracle? TIA.
