Visigenic have a technical note (http://www.visigenic.com/support/32orac.html) which might be relevant. Briefly, they state the driver should work with SQL*Net Version 2.1 or later on NT, but that it won't work with V2 on Windows 95.

You could also try the Openlink Lite ODBC driver from www.openlink.co.uk or (I think) www.openlinksw.com
