It sounds like you need to grant yourself privs to create a procedure. I will refer you to SQL Language Reference Manual to pg 4-304. You will need to be in the SQLDBA account to grant the privileges. I would of told you how but then, I would have to bring you another fish for you, instead of you learing to catch the fish for your self !
