We solved teh same problem like this:
we did the 're-engineering' from MS-Access with S-Designor (4.2.2) from Powersoft (costs you almost nothing compared to Oracle). The technical datamodel was converted with S-Designor to an Oracle based technical datamodel (just 4 clicks with the mouse, you can also recreate an conceptual datamodel) and implemented into Oracle 7.2.
This all from my PC, using ODBC. Confiruration: Win NT 4.0/Oracle 7.2 Win '95/Personal Oracle for Win '95/32-bit ODBC/32-bit SQL*NET
