Convert MS/SQL Server to Oracle

I would like the get people's opinion on the best way to conver a MS/SQL Server (6.0 on NT) to Oracle 7.2 (on HP UNIX environment).

What is the best way to migrate the structures, I don't care about the data at this point, but would very much like to find a best practices method to gather the structure information from SQL Server, and create the DDL, including table spaces, primary keys, foreign keys, etc.
