it appears that the number of NON-working combinations of Windows NT, Comms (pipes, TCP/IP), VB,ODBC, SQL-net, and Oracle servers far outweigh working ones.
Can you point to somewhere where WORKING combinations are documented?
At the moment I am looking for:
1) NT3.51, TCP/IP, ODBC-driver(which?), VB3 or VB4, SQL/NET to Oracle 7.1 server on a Sun-box.
2) NT351, TCP/IP ( or named pipes ), ODBC (32-bit?),VB4 on the same box which already runs the Oracle WEBServer and the Oracle 7.2 server successfully.
Any help is appreciated. (pls mail me directly too). TIA Received on Sun Apr 14 1996 - 00:00:00 CEST
