I don't think a run time installation of FORMS 4.5 can take just 2 MB, but it certainly takes far less than the 56 MB you've stated.

If you want to make a custom install, click the mouse on the plus sign to the left of the product's name on the installer's screen. This will expand the names under the one you choose. Expand everything under FORMS 4.5 by repeating this process, and you'll be able to locate the run time module you're looking for.

For your information, I've made a custom install for the entire developer/2000 suite, including everything but the samples and demos, and it took less than 56MB (Forms 4.5, Reports 2.5, Graphics 2.5, SQL*Net 2 with TCP adapter, SQL*Plus and related documentation).
