Just a couple of quick "Checks" -

Your message has FORM45_DEFAULTFONT and should be FORMS45_DEFAULTFONT (with an "S")

Did you exit completely out of Designer and Runtime before retrying?

This change should only affect newly created forms and forms using the Default Visual Attributes.
