Desinger/2000 & PO7 for WIN95

Hope someone can help......

I have installed Personal Oracle 7 (Demo Ver.) on my PC. Everything works fine. I then installed the Desibner/2000 ver. 1.1 for windows and when I start any of the tools in this package, I am prompted for a userid/password. At which time I get a "TNS names" error. I am not trying to connect to a remote database. I am trying to connect to the database on my pc.

Any Ideas????????
