Assuming that you are using the Oracle Installer (ORAINST.exe), there should be a (+) sign on the left of the Forms 4.5 program while in the installer. When you click (double-click?) on this selection, it should expand to show you the options for installing the components of Forms 4.5 (Designer, Generator, Runtime, etc). You only need to install the Runtime on the client machines. (Plus SQL*Net and its appropriate adapters of course) Mine takes about 25M total for Forms, Reports, Graphics Runtimes and SQL*Net.
