   I recently migrated a pc based access system to Oracle using Powersoft's SDesigner. It's pricey but they have a trimmed down version called StarDesigner (have not used personally).

         Both of these tools will reverse engineer your access database(s) and generate a physical model which you can fine tune or adjust for Oracle or other back ends. They will then generate the necessary DDL to create your tables, indexes, triggers in Oracle. They will also generate alter statements in the event you physical model changes.

        For the number of tables you mentioned I would strongly suggest using a Case modeling tool.
