There is currently NO reliable way to DIRECT path SQLLOAD. ORACLE now say 7.3 will fix latest problems.

I've tried since early Beta release of Oracle 7 on DEC VAX to use this option. I got index problems and had to drop and rebuild them after the load.

Now I find with 7.2 on Sequent DYNIX that a DIRECT PATH load can corret the SGA ??

Not much help I'm afraid lets see what happens in 7.3.
