ps -ef |grep ora HELP!!

We are running oracle 7.2.2 on HP/UX 10.01. When I grep for oracle processes
using ps -ef |grep ora command, I get the following:
My question is, Why is it showing the (DESCRIPTION part? Moreover, what is
protocol beq? Never heard of it before.
Can anyone help?
